About the role
Responsible for managing delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers in the Verona area.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery drivers and ensure they are on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies for deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize delivery routes and reduce delivery times.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with delivery management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
