Delivery Driver - Full Time
Responsibilities
- Safely operate all company trucks
- Maintain vehicles properly and ensure fluid levels are correct before operation
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Absorb Michigan traffic laws
- Deliver freight to designated locations on time and safely
- Safety and efficient loading and unloading of cargo
- Prepare printed products for shipping
- Keep records such as vehicle logs, cargo records, or billing statements according to regulations
Requirements
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Chauffeurs license or ability to obtain one
- Absorb Michigan traffic laws
- Pass pre-employment background and drug test
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- Work early morning hours, up to 24 hours per week
About the Role
The Pioneer has an immediate opening at its production facility in Big Rapids for a part-time Delivery Driver. This position is responsible for the safe loading and unloading of freight (newspapers) and delivering these bundles to various locations.
