Delivery Driver - Full-Time

Role: The position involves safely and efficiently transporting products via tractor-trailer to customer locations, ensuring proper delivery and unloading according to company standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities Include Unloading products manually or with equipment, placing items in designated storage areas, and maintaining safety protocols.Completing all required paperwork accurately, including delivery logs, vehicle inspections, and invoices.Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, inspecting products, and preventing cross-contamination.Developing positive customer relationships through courteous service and clear communication.Performing other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience; completion of a driver training school acceptable.Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License, insurable to operate a vehicle. Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe lifting, and delivery practices; skills in long-distance driving, problem-solving, and customer communication; ability to operate tractor-trailers, read English sufficiently, perform basic math, and organize work independently. Physical & Work Environment: Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds, climb in/out of vehicles, and work in varying weather conditions, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Exposure to noise, humidity, and mechanical parts is possible.
