Delivery Driver (CDL & Non-CDL)

About the role

Join Our Team as a Delivery Driver! As a Tague Lumber Delivery Driver, you’ll play a key role in delivering quality building materials to our customers - while enjoying local routes, a supportive team, and the ability to be home every evening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials safely and efficiently to customer locations
• Provide friendly, professional service at every stop
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and on schedule
• Load and unload materials 60-100 lbs and secure loads for transport
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle safety
• Follow all traffic law and safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Previous box truck driving experience required
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and handle building materials
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Med Card)

Skills

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
