Delivery Driver - CDL Class A

Work Shift And Hours

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Pay

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $25.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine best routes for delivery to meet customer expectations
• Deliver products to Graybar customers while providing excellent customer service
• Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Inspect vehicle and supplies
• Safely operate vehicle at all times
• Maintain proper truck logs
• Work a local route – no overnights or weekends away

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment; must pass pre-employment physical testing
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE
• One plus years experience required driving a truck or trailer over 33,000 Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) or trucks equipped with a boom or forklift with self-unloading capabilities
• A valid driver's license issued by his/her state of residence appropriate for type of vehicle
• Pass DOT medical exam and Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification
