DELIVERY DRIVER - CDL

About the role

Spokane Produce, Inc. is a local wholesaler seeking Class A CDL drivers for solo routes. This position is open to both experienced drivers and new drivers willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic driver log according to state and federal regulations.
• Deliver products following an assigned route schedule; communicate changes in expected delivery times to customers and staff, as necessary.
• Verify product to invoice and obtain customer signature.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Be neat in appearance and possess a personality conducive to communicating with customers in a positive manner.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with current and unrestricted medical card.
• Driving record must meet Spokane Produce's vehicle policy requirement.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.
• Represent Spokane Produce in a positive, professional manner at all times.
• Must be able to pass a DOT substance test.
• Must pass a 7-year county criminal background check.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently; deliveries are all touch freight.

Pay

Starting at $25.00 to $27.00 hourly depending on experience.
