Delivery Driver - Atlanta, GA - Part-time - (SUN/WED 5pm to 10p & MON 6am to 11am)
About the role
Thistle Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering plant-forward meals, snacks, desserts, and organic cold-pressed juices to customers. They represent Thistle’s quality, reliability, and care at each delivery stop.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the assigned Thistle location at your scheduled shift start with a fully charged smartphone and sufficient fuel.
- Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries.
- Use the delivery app to complete assigned stops and follow customer instructions.
- Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to your pickup location at the beginning of your next shift.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with the dispatch team to keep routes moving.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with delivery apps.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.

Pay
Earnings range from $33.03 to $36.03 per hour, depending on delivery volume and hours worked, with a potential escalator of up to $2.00 per hour. Tips are typically $1.00 to $3.00 per hour, and cell phone reimbursement is $0.25 per hour. Mileage reimbursement is $0.725 per mile, with a typical pace and distance of about 4.5 deliveries per hour at 4.0 miles per delivery on average. The fully baked equivalent per hour is $33.03, including base pay, cell phone reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.
Schedule
Shifts vary, but drivers typically work 4-hour shifts with breaks as needed. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate personal commitments.
