About the role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and eager to learn from experienced professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Assist customers with product inquiries and sales
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of John Deere products and services
• Experience with CRM systems (optional but preferred)

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
