About the role
As a Delivery Driver, you will ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of auto parts to local customers and commercial accounts. You’ll maintain a safe, clean vehicle, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with dispatchers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off automotive parts while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
- Load, transport, and deliver items in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow directions from dispatchers, use route navigation apps, and adjust routes as needed to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist with loading and unloading items without disrupting customer operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints.
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Accept payments, prepare reports (invoices, return forms), and reconcile transactions.
- Complete daily maintenance checks on the company vehicle and report any issues.
- Assist with store/warehouse duties (stocking, parts pulling) as assigned.
- Maintain workplace safety and secure/transfer cash or assets when applicable.
Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 or older).
- Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (75 lbs for Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers).
- Prolonged sitting and comfort with extended driving periods.
- 1–2 years of professional driving or delivery experience preferred.

- Strong route navigation and time management.
- Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage and reconcile money transactions and customer balances.
- Proficiency with tablets/mobile devices for navigation, tracking, and customer interface.
- Exceptional verbal communication and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
