About the Role

As a Delivery Driver at Aaron’s, you’ll be actively involved in moving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll work inside and outside, interact with customers, and support store operations. Every day is different, and you’ll connect with people in your community.

This role can be the first step in a rewarding career path, with opportunities to grow into positions like Customer Accounts Advisor, Sales Manager, General Manager, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise for delivery
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Assist in-store with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise as needed

Requirements

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided)
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and extreme heat
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
• No overnight travel

Pay

The salary range for this role is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
