Delivery Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Demonstrates superior customer service and sets the example for other staff
• Maintains a professional presence that creates trust and credibility
• Loads, transports, and delivers high-quality products safely and on time
• Aids in loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
• Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures safety and security
• Reviews orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Fulfills assigned routes and follows schedules
• Maintains compliance with transportation laws and safe driving record
• Prepares reports and other documents related to deliveries
• Assists with warehouse duties such as order picking, cycle counts, and cycle counts

Required Experience

• Age 21 or older to drive a company vehicle
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
