Delivery Driver

Position Responsibilities

• Superior customer service where going above and beyond is the norm
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating superior customer service and setting the example for other staff
• A professional presence that creates trust and credibility
• Loading, transporting, and delivering high-quality products to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Aids with loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
• Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process
• Reviews orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and delivered to the correct customers
• Adheres to assigned routes and follows schedules
• Absorbs all transportation laws and maintains a safe driving record
• Prepares reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Aids with warehouse duties (picking orders, cycle counts, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Thorough knowledge of geography and roadways of assigned territory
• Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and interpersonal are required
• Alert & professional appearance
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
• The Most Qualified Candidates Will Have Distribution delivery experience
