Delivery Driver
Operating out of Fairview, OR, Providers Logistics LLC, a Delivery Service Partner, is hiring full-time and part-time Driver positions.

Responsibilities
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events or conditions
- Accept any given routing (rural, metro, apartments, businesses, etc.)
- Work in physically demanding conditions: lift packages (up to 50 lbs.), get in and out of a van repeatedly, and work in all weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure deliveries are completed and provide exceptional customer service
- Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and team members
- Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
- Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Held a state driver’s license for at least 2 years (any state)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (up to 7 years prior to applying; multiple violations may disqualify you)
- Exceptional English speaking and reading skills

- Delivery vehicle and gas
- All-electric delivery (EDV) vehicles available after training period ends
- Handheld technology
- Uniforms
- Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
Training
- 3-day paid training (determined on a case-by-case basis; offered on specific days of the week)
- Hiring process takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks to complete (may take longer for out-of-state driver’s licenses)
Pay
Starting wage of $24.25 per hour, with potential growth up to $27.00 per hour after a 90-day probationary period.
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts are typical
- 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical for full-time employees but not guaranteed
- Minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift
- Paid biweekly
