Charger Water Treatment Products, a leading provider in the water treatment industry, is seeking a Warehouse / Delivery Driver to join their Kansas City, KS team. You enjoy being on the road and working independently. You are professional and take pride in your efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of water treatment equipment and accessories to clients
- Load and unload delivery vehicles; maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Verify inventory and delivery manifests before departing for delivery
- Assemble, pack, and ship water treatment products
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update company systems as needed
- Interface with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Report defects, accidents, or violations
Requirements
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Medical DOT card preferred
- Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driver role a plus
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and packages
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS)
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - until route completion
- Full-time plus overtime
Pay
- $17/hour
- Hire-on bonus that accrues to $1,000 at the end of your first year
- Quarterly and yearly bonuses when goals are met
