Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving history
- Available for overnight travel as needed
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Able to maneuver washers and dryers weighing over 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and handle machines with or without reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a van or truck and transport machines to and from specified destinations
- Load, unload, swap out, pick up, and install washers and dryers (this is a physical job)
- Obtain signatures of receipt and complete service-call paperwork
- Use an electronic logging device (tablet or iPhone)
- Maintain regular communication with customers, customer-service team, and other personnel
