Responsibilities

• Typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement)
• Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday
• Option to use own car or company-provided vehicles
• Flexible Scheduling - Part time and Full-time hours available
• Access to cutting-edge technology for safer deliveries
• Choose your own schedule - Part time or Full time
• Safe driving record is a must
• Use of safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated area
• May make several deliveries per shift
• Travel between store and delivery vehicle, and from delivery vehicle to customer's location
• Navigation of 5+ flights of stairs may be required
• Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station
• Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station
• Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day
• Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients
• Crouching and bending performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching performed continuously; up, down and forward
• Frequent activities require use of one or both hands
• Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
• Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter
• Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
• Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
• Talking and hearing on telephone
• Depth perception as well as Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Far and night vision required for driving

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report)
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions
