About the role

Domino's Pizza is seeking qualified drivers to staff stores in various locations. They are currently experiencing rapid growth and offer numerous opportunities for advancement, including management positions and franchise ownership.

Job Requirements and Duties

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.

Qualifications

General job duties:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, and make correct monetary change.

Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions: Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, exposure to fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts, sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.

Physical Requirements: Standing, walking for short distances, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays weighing up to 12 pounds, pushing/dragging trays weighing up to 24-30 pounds, climbing stairs or ladders.

Sensations: Talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments: Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
