Job requirements and duties

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Must possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.

Qualifications

• General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Required communication skills include comprehension and giving correct written instructions, communicating verbally with customers and co-workers, and making correct monetary change.
• Essential functions/skills include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing accurately and quickly, verbal and writing skills for taking and processing orders, motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements, and keyboard or touch screen entry of orders.

Work conditions

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk-in coolers.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments

• The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical requirements

• Standing most of the time.
• Walking for short distances for short durations.
• Sitting at a desk or table for paperwork.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries twice a week or more using a hand truck.
• Carrying large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces.
• Trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray.
• Pushing trays on dollies requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
• Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally.
