Responsibilities

• Typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement)
• Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday
• Option to use own car or company-provided vehicle (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history, and clean driving record to use company car)
• Safe driving record is a must

• Flexible scheduling options for part-time and full-time positions

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report)
• Have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance
• Possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products
• Possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions

Work Conditions

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust
• Compact work areas including walk-in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
• Physical Duties & Requirements: Walking/Carrying/Climbing, Stooping/Bending, Reaching, Crouching, and Bending
• Driving: Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area. Driving may involve making several deliveries per shift.
