Responsibilities

• Typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement)
• Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday
• Option to use own car or company-provided vehicle

• Physical Duties & Requirements: Walking/Carrying/Climbing, Stooping/Bending, Reaching, Shaping pizza dough, Using hands, Grasping cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
• Driving: Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area, make several deliveries per shift
• Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
• Sensing: Talking and hearing on telephone, Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks, Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces, Far and night vision required for driving

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report)
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions

Benefits

Delivery Experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses - OR – use one of our company provided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history. and clean driving record to use the company car).
