Delivery Driver- (5537) 1601 NC 54 Durham, NC-All Shifts

About the Role

We're searching for friendly and reliable drivers to deliver hot, delicious pizzas to our customers at the RTP Domino's (1601 NC 54, Durham, NC 27713). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring each delivery is prompt and leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and safe manner
• Providing friendly and courteous customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle as well as store level
• Following all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Accepting payment and processing transactions accurately

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for a minimum of one year
• Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
• Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to the Domino's dress code
• Must work with hustle and energy in a fast-paced and efficient work style
• Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers

Qualifications

• Driver's license of at least 1 year
• Able to pass a standard background check
• Clean driving record – no more than 3 violations in 2 years
• Enjoy working with a team
• Positive outgoing attitude

Schedule

• Day Shift: 10am - 5pm
• Dinner Shift: 4/5pm - 9/10pm
• Closing Shift: 5/6pm - 1am

Pay

Drivers average $20 - $25/hr or $40k - $50k a year:

• Base pay: $8/hour
• Average tips: $5.00 per delivery
• Average deliveries: 3 per hour
• Hourly tips average: $15.00/hr
• Total hourly average: $23.00/hr ($15.00 tips + $8.00 base pay)
• Weekly earnings: $920 (based on 40 hours/week)
• Annual earnings: ~$46,000 (based on 50 weeks/year)
