The brand continues to deliver the “Power of Possible” to local Domino’s store owners, 90% of which started as delivery drivers and pizza makers in our stores!" We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe "ABOUT THE JOB"), Responsibilities (maybe "What makes driving for Domino's different than our competition?" includes OPPORTUNITY, DIVERSITY?), Requirements (JOB REQUIREMENTS), Qualifications (maybe overlapping with requirements), Skills (maybe from requirements), Benefits (maybe mileage reimbursement, tips, flexible scheduling, promotional opportunities), Pay (wage info), Schedule (flexible scheduling, part/full time). We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like "Ready to join our team? Submit your application today!" (application instructions) - remove. Also remove the franchisee disclaimer etc. Also remove "Additional Information" maybe considered boilerplate? It's about brand honesty etc. Might be considered fluff but still substantive? It's about brand values; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The franchisee disclaimer is legal; remove. The "Additional Information" about brand honesty maybe not boilerplate but could be considered fluff; but it's still substantive about company values. Might keep as part of About the role. We need to decide sections. Let's extract content: - About the role: The initial paragraph about being best pizza delivery company, people first, growing, looking to add Delivery Experts, IMMEDIATE HIRE, short/long shifts, flexible scheduling, part/full time. Also "ABOUT THE JOB:" paragraph about drivers average over $20/hr, mileage reimbursement, tips paid daily, hourly wages every other Friday, option to use own car or company vehicle (requirements for company car), safe driving record, cutting edge technology, more efficient deliveries = more money, Delivery Experts can choose own schedule, part/full time shifts available. We can combine that into About the role. - Responsibilities: Could be the physical duties and work conditions (walking, carrying, climbing, driving, stooping, bending, reaching, hand tasks, sensing). Also maybe "What makes driving for Domino's different than our competition?" includes OPPORTUNITY (schedule flexibility, promotional opportunities) and DIVERSITY (mission). Those could be under Benefits or Opportunities. But we have only allowed sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map. Responsibilities: The core duties: delivering pizzas, navigating, carrying, etc. Also maybe "Delivery Experts have the option to use their own car..." is more about requirements/benefits. But we can treat as part of Responsibilities (job duties). We'll include bullet list of duties. Requirements: Must be 18+, pass background check, valid driver's license with safe driving record, reliable vehicle and insurance, good navigational skills, ability to read/follow maps, navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work under stress, meet quality control, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments/decisions. Also maybe age 21 for company car? That's a requirement for using company car but not overall. We'll include as part of Requirements. Qualifications: Might be similar to Requirements; but we could treat Qualifications as maybe "Must have reliable vehicle and valid insurance" etc. But to avoid duplication, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have only About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. Qualifications and Skills could be merged into Requirements. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for those section names only if we have content. We can omit Qualifications and Skills if we don't have distinct content. However we might have skills like "good navigational skills", "ability to read/follow maps", "eye-hand coordination", etc. Those could be under Skills. But we can also put them under Requirements. Given the instruction to prefer few substantive sections, we can combine. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now extract content for each. About the role: Should include introductory statements about company, immediate hire, flexible scheduling, etc. Also the "ABOUT THE JOB:" paragraph. Let's craft a concise paragraph preserving all substantive info, no duplication. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like "Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday." etc. Also "Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses - OR – use one of our company provided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history. and clean driving record to use the company car)." Also "Safe
