Pay

Guaranteed Earnings for Drivers (Limited Time Offer):

  • Part-Time Driver: $1500 a month (avg. 20 hours a week or 40 deliveries a week)
  • Full-Time Driver: $3000 a month (avg. 40 hours a week or 74 deliveries a week)

Mileage will be reimbursed additionally. To qualify, drivers must be hired between December 5, 2022, and January 31, 2023, and meet the listed requirements. Current drivers' evaluation period starts December 5, 2022. Shortages in guaranteed earnings will be paid after 3 months of service. All current employees and rehires are eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers orders and collects payments from customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Inspects vehicle before deliveries and reviews orders with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
  • Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
  • Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
  • Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assembles and folds boxes, affixes labels, and assists with prep work.
  • Reads order slips or receives verbal instructions to prepare orders accurately.
  • Cleans, stocks, and restocks workstations and display cases.
  • Adheres to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Company-Wide Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age with two (2) years of driving experience.
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license and a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving up to 100 miles per day.
  • Maintain minimum insurance coverage as mandated by state law.
  • Pass applicable Company Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background checks.
  • Possess a cell phone for customer communication.
  • Ability to read maps, locate addresses, and interpret GPS directions within the designated delivery area.
  • Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills for accurate monetary transactions (may use a calculator).
