Job requirements and duties

• Must possess navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within designated delivery areas, and navigate through adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

Qualifications

• General job duties: Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and clean equipment and facility.
• Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, and take and process orders.
• Essential functions/skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills, motor coordination, keyboard or touch screen entry, and sensory abilities.

Work conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, exposure to fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts, talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces, and sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.

Physical requirements

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, grasping items, utilizing various tools and equipment.

Driving specific job duties

• Deliver product by car and to the door of the customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requires

Physical demands

• Carrying during delivery, carrying pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
• Driving within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Walking between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Climbing during delivery of product, navigating five or more flights of stairs may be required.
