Domino's Pizza is hiring full and part-time delivery drivers. Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, to locate and deliver to addresses within the designated area.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements (e.g., entering orders via keyboard or touch screen).

Skills

• Communication: Ability to comprehend and give correct written/verbal instructions, process orders over the phone and in person.
• Mathematical: Basic arithmetic for order processing and monetary transactions.
• Physical coordination: Eye-hand coordination for tasks like order entry and food preparation.
• Sensory: Near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Temperament: Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make judgments.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks (e.g., removing trash).
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters (e.g., walk-in cooler), and hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F+).
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Most tasks are performed while standing.
• Walking: Short distances on surfaces like ceramic tile or linoleum.
• Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  • Cases of ingredients/supplies up to 50 lbs (dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'), lifted from floor to shelves up to 72" high.
  • Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz) carried from workstation to storage.
  • Pizza sauce (30 lbs) carried from storage to the front of the store.
  • Trays of pizza dough (12 lbs each) carried three at a time over short distances.
• Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies (stacks of 24–30 trays requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force).
• Climbing: Infrequent use of stairs or ladders for tasks like changing signs or maintenance.
