About the Role

This position involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers. You will prepare products, receive and process telephone and internet orders, count inventory, complete paperwork, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility.

On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment
• Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers
• Prepare products
• Receive and process telephone and internet orders
• Count inventory and complete paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility
• Provide excellent customer service, including verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers
• Safely drive your own vehicle for pizza delivery, navigate roads/maps, and handle adverse terrain or stairs at delivery sites while carrying products
• Perform accurate mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) to make correct monetary change (calculator use permitted)

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, and reach
• Ability to grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids
• Tolerance for exposure to varying temperatures and conditions, both inside and outside
