About the role

Domino's Pizza is looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver pizzas using an insured vehicle, navigating to addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Read maps and locate addresses, including navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements (e.g., entering orders using a keyboard or touch screen).

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F in coolers to 90°F or above in some work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters (e.g., walk-in cooler), and hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F or higher).
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensory Requirements

• Talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
• Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking: Short distances for short durations on surfaces like ceramic tile or linoleum.
• Sitting: Paperwork is completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Deliveries include cases weighing up to 50 pounds, lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying: Items like large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (12 lbs per tray, carried three at a time).
• Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies (stacks of 24-30 trays requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force to push).
• Climbing: Infrequent use of stairs or ladders for tasks like changing prices, washing walls, or performing maintenance.
