Responsibilities

• Delivering pizza, sides, and other menu items to customers
• Driving safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws
• Knowing the store’s delivery area and reading area maps
• Taking orders over the phone and in person
• Greeting customers within 10 seconds
• Building relationships with customers
• Effective cash handling, cash drops, and reconciliation
• Accurate tip reporting
• Making pizzas, preparing dough, and preparing/re-stocking toppings
• Assisting with keeping the store clean and stocked
• Delivering leaflets and door hangers as required

Requirements

• An EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance
• Clean, unrestricted driving record
• Clean, reliable, and safe vehicle
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Voice, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to use Domino’s specific equipment issued (car toppers, hot bags, jackets)
• Ability to comprehend written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and Team Members to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive throughout the course of scheduled work, for long periods of time
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions outside, on the road, as deliveries are made
• Ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• Ability to work in different in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
• Ability to work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
• Ability to work with hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
• Ability to work with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
• Ability to move large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, and carry them from the workstation to storage shelves
• Ability to carry large trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
• Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform basic maintenance
• Ability to reach up, down, and forward continuously
• Ability to use hands continuously during the day
• Ability to perform forward bending at the front counter and when stocking ingredients
• Ability to perform occasional reaching, bending, and lifting
• Ability to use eye-hand coordination and reach continuously
• Ability to use hands continuously during the day
