About the role

Job Requirements and Duties
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery areas.
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
- Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.

Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, and cleaning facilities. Training is provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Team members must have the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, as well as communicate verbally with customers and colleagues.
Essential Functions/Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
- In-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler areas to 90 degrees and above in warmer areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work areas and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters including walk-in coolers.
- Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500 degrees or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

- The ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Physical Requirements
- Standing most of the time.
- Walking for short distances for short durations.
- Surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks with linoleum in some food process areas.
- Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48 inches.
- Sitting to complete paperwork in an office setting.
- Lifting bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
- Carrying large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, and trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray.
- Pushing and pulling trays on dollies, which may require a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
- Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
