About the role
Domino's Pizza is looking for qualified delivery drivers to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Navigate and deliver orders within the designated area, including multi-story buildings
- Make correct monetary change and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Strong verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
- Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements

- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions

- Ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards
- Analyze and compile data, make judgments, and decisions
Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- In-store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas
- Sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, and cornmeal dust
- Cramped quarters, hot surfaces (up to 500°F+), sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts
Physical Requirements
- Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position
- Walking: Short distances for short durations on ceramic tile or linoleum
- Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table
- Lifting: Up to 50 pounds (e.g., cases of ingredients/supplies), stacking onto shelves up to 72" high
- Carrying: Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (12 lbs per tray)
- Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 pounds)
- Climbing: Infrequent use of stairs or ladders for maintenance or price changes
