Domino's Pizza is looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, to locate addresses within the designated delivery area.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements, including using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.
• Communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to work under stress, meet quality control standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, and hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F or higher).
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensory and Physical Requirements

• Sensing: Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid-range vision for most tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
  • Walking: Short distances for short durations on surfaces like ceramic tile or linoleum.
  • Sitting: Paperwork is completed at a desk or table.
  • Lifting: Unloading bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and stacking onto shelves up to 72" high. Carrying large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of pizza dough (12 lbs per tray).
  • Pushing/Pulling: Moving trays on dollies (requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force).
  • Climbing: Infrequent use of stairs or ladders for tasks like changing prices, washing walls, or performing maintenance.
