Delivery Director - Project Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Delivery Director - Project Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will oversee delivery leadership across a portfolio of programs and client engagements, with a strong focus on governance, execution, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive stakeholders to shape delivery strategy, influence outcomes, and ensure accountability across multiple teams. This is a highly visible leadership role that also supports pursuit strategy and large-scale opportunity development within the portfolio. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $148,000 – $212,000 annually Responsibilities Own delivery across a portfolio of accounts or programs Drive delivery strategy, prioritization, and governance across the portfolio Serve as an executive-level client partner influencing outcomes and strategy Drive portfolio-level financial performance, including revenue and margin Lead Senior Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers, providing mentorship and accountability Lead pursuit strategy and deal support for strategic opportunities across the portfolio Qualifications 10+ years of consulting, program, or delivery leadership experience Proven ability to lead portfolios or large programs across multiple teams and engagements Strong executive stakeholder management at the C-suite, SVP, and VP level Experience driving delivery outcomes, governance, and accountability across leaders Broad certification mix across Agile, scaled Agile, or PMP spectrum, such as SAFe, PMP, or RTE Benefits Flexible work location with a virtual-first approach 401(K) with match up to 50% of your 6% contributions Generous PTO with a minimum of 15 days plus holidays and personal days Two medical plan options for personalized coverage 100% employer-paid life and disability insurance Paid leave for birth and non-birth parents Monthly tech and home office allowance Employee Assistance Program for everyday challenges Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
