Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support to customers via remote access tools
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior support team members
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
