About the role

The role is responsible for managing customer relationships and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support to customers via remote access tools
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior support team members
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
