About the Role
This is a hands-on technical role that requires an advanced software/systems engineering background. Coding/automation and design/architecture skills are required. As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success throughout their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices across the project lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Experience working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations
- 3+ years of work with software development lifecycle from conception to delivery experience
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments
- Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands-on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
- Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR
- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
- Experience with AWS data/file transfer solutions including AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), and/or AWS DataSync

Pay
- USA, MD, Annapolis Junction: $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 USD annually
- USA, MD, Jessup: $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington: $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Herndon: $131,300.00 - $177,600.00 USD annually
- Sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs) included
