Role
Our customers are the world’s leading AI companies, including ElevenLabs, Intercom, UiPath, and others. As demand for AIUC-1 grows, we need a delivery function to scale alongside it. As a member of the Delivery team, you will be the primary partner to customers from contract signing to certification. You will guide them through the entire process, ensuring they receive a complete AIUC-1 certification report that allows them to confidently deploy their AI agents.
- Lead complex customer engagements involving security, legal, engineering, and executive stakeholders, as well as external auditors
- Manage projects under ambitious timelines while maintaining high-quality standards and excellent customer service
- Define how AIUC scales by identifying patterns, challenges, and opportunities from each customer engagement
- Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to refine the AIUC-1 certification process and future product development
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience leading complex, client-facing engagements in consulting, audit, enterprise delivery, or similar environments
- Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders
- A high attention to detail and sound judgment, especially when evaluating evidence and making nuanced decisions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where no established playbook exists
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise customers simultaneously
- A collaborative operator who enjoys working across customers, product, GTM, and external partners
Nice to have:
- Experience at a top consulting firm, audit firm, or forward-deployed/customer deployment organization
- Experience working with AI, security, compliance, or enterprise software
- A product mindset with an interest in improving systems and building scalable processes
