Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Director, Services Partner Quality Assurance to gather, define, and maintain Professional Services standards to which Partners will be expected to adhere to improve quality.
  • Cook up the AMER Delivery Assurance review process and cadence, ensuring that in-scope SI-led and Guidewire-involved engagements are identified, scheduled, and prepared for review.

  • Support the PCMM Workflow, ensuring that the prescribed process (inputs, AI-generated findings, validations, capability assessments, and feedback loops) is executed consistently across AMER partners and engagements.
  • Collaborate with Alliances to operationalize the AI-generated risk and capability assessment by defining data inputs, reviewing AI-generated project-level findings and capability assessments, validating accuracy, and providing feedback to continuously improve the model.
  • Aid Alliances in prioritizing partner-level interventions (e.g., targeted enablement, standards coaching) and informing partner tiering and ecosystem strategy.
  • Support Delivery Assurance reviews associated with high-risk or "too big to fail" SI-led programs in the AMER region by gathering and analyzing inputs and coordinating stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Create assessments that highlight delivery strengths and risks with clear mitigation plans, owners, timelines, and actions.
  • Help capture and codify lessons learned and best practices from reviews into reusable guidance for PS, Alliances, and partners.
  • Work with Alliances to implement and refine partner scorecards and quality KPIs in AMER, to measure Partner standards adherence, capabilities, and performance.
  • Drive partner quality improvement by sharing AMER-specific insights, recurring pain points, examples, and improvement ideas with the broader Delivery Assurance and Alliances teams.
  • Support the testing and roll out new Delivery Assurance standards, templates, and tools in AMER, gathering feedback from users and partners.
  • Create and maintain Delivery Assurance dashboards and trackers for AMER (e.g., coverage, findings, resolution status, repeat themes, partner-level patterns).
  • Contribute feedback on tooling, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and usability of Delivery Assurance and PCMM processes.
  • Support preparation of executive-ready materials (summary slides, dashboards, talking points) for regional governance forums and leadership updates.
  • Act as a reliable operational point of contact for AMER stakeholders on Delivery Assurance process questions, timelines, and expectations.
