Role Summary: The Route Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery and management of uniforms and workplace products, supporting the Transportation and Logistics team to maintain high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating daily logistics operations to optimize delivery routes and schedules.Provide support for route planning, tracking, and problem resolution to ensure timely deliveries.Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to address operational issues and improve service quality.Maintain accurate records of deliveries, route adjustments, and customer interactions.Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall logistics efficiency.
