Delivery Assistant (Non-CDL)

About the role

Martin Bros., the largest independent, family-owned foodservice and supply solution in the upper Midwest, is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Assistant to provide professional and accurate delivery service to our customers. Delivery Assistants work alongside CDL A drivers to scan, stack, and deliver product into customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate and on-time deliveries to customers.
• Stack, scan, and transport products safely.
• Place product in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage, etc.).
• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers, the public, and coworkers.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and uniform requirements.

Schedule

• Delivery routes typically start between 2:00–4:00 AM; some routes may begin earlier or later depending on location.
• Shifts are 10–12 hours, averaging 50–55 hours per week.
• Routes are primarily day routes, Monday–Friday; home daily.
• No weekends.
