Delivery Architect

About the role

The Delivery Architect will lead the design and implementation of complex service delivery solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance service delivery systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement service delivery strategies
• Lead project teams through the entire lifecycle of service delivery projects
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture and service delivery
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering successful service delivery projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance monitoring
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
