Delivery and Installation Specialist

Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
- Safely operate delivery vehicle
- Affix to assist in store when needed
Requirements
- Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
- Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL

Pay
The salary range for this role is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour/annually. The actual pay may vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
Schedule
Delivery Drivers work in a store-based environment, ensuring they are available to support the store when needed. Shifts may vary depending on the store's operational needs.
