About the role
As a Delivery Driver at Aaron’s, you’ll engage in a dynamic, hands-on position that goes beyond a typical desk job. Responsibilities include driving, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and assisting in-store with moving and setting up products. This role offers variety and the chance to connect with people in your community daily.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise for delivery
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise at customer locations
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Assist in-store as needed
Requirements
- Solid communication skills
- Working knowledge of electronics
- Desire to help customers
- Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided)
- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- No overnight travel required

Pay
The salary range for this role is $15.75 to $16.50 per hour.
