About the Role

As a Delivery Driver at Aaron’s, you’ll be on the move—inside, outside, driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise. This store-based position involves supporting the store by moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Every day is different, and you’ll connect with people in your community.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Assist in the store when needed

Requirements

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided)
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
• No overnight travel

Pay

The salary range for this role is $18.00 to $18.70 per hour.
