Delivery and Installation Specialist
About the role
The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This role involves a variety of tasks including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading and installing products, operating delivery vehicles safely, and assisting in the store.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
- Safely operate delivery vehicle
- Assist in store when needed
Requirements
- Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
- Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL

Pay
The salary range for this role is $14.25 to $15.00 per hour/annually. The actual pay may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
Schedule
Delivery Drivers work in a store-based environment, ensuring flexibility to support the store as needed.
