Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is a dynamic role where you'll be responsible for keeping the company moving. You'll be involved in various tasks including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading, installing, and demonstrating products. Additionally, you'll assist in the store by supporting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. This role offers the chance to grow your career with opportunities to move up to higher positions.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Assist in store when needed

Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license is required, but not a CDL

Pay

The salary range for this role is $15.75 to $16.50 per hour/annually. The exact pay will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

Delivery Drivers work in a store-based environment, ensuring they are available to support the store as needed.
