Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role
This store-based position keeps Aaron’s moving. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be inside and outside, driving, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and supporting store operations. Every day is different, and you’ll connect with people in your community. This role can be the first step on a career path that includes Customer Accounts Advisor, Sales Manager, Customer Accounts Manager, and General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise in the delivery vehicle
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise at customer locations
- Safely operate the delivery vehicle
- Assist in the store when needed
Requirements
- Solid communication skills
- Working knowledge of electronics
- Desire to help customers
- Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- No overnight travel
Pay
The salary range for this role is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour.
