Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is a store-based role that involves a variety of tasks including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading, installing, and demonstrating products. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Affix to store when needed

Requirements

• Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
• Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license is required, but not a CDL

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers

• Customer service orientation

Pay

The salary range for this role is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour/annually.*
