About the Role

As a Delivery Driver at Aaron’s, you’ll be actively engaged in a dynamic, store-based position that involves driving, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and interacting with customers. This isn’t a desk job—every day brings new tasks, from loading and securing merchandise to assisting in the store. You’ll connect with people in the community while working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise for delivery.
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Assist in the store as needed, including moving and picking up merchandise.

Requirements

• Solid communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Desire to help and engage with customers.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided).
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain and summer sun.
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required).
• No overnight travel.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour. The final pay within this range will depend on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
