About the Role

This isn’t a tedious desk job. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll work inside and outside, driving, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and supporting the store. Every day is different, and you’ll connect with people in the community while assisting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise.

This role can be the first step in a career journey at Aaron’s, with potential advancement paths such as:

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Assist in the store when needed

Requirements

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided)
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• No overnight travel

Pay

The salary range for this role is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
