Delivery and Installation Specialist
About the role
The Delivery Driver position at Aaron’s is an entry-level role that offers the opportunity to grow into various leadership positions within the company. This role involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including loading, securing, and protecting merchandise, offloading, installing, and demonstrating products, operating a delivery vehicle safely, and assisting in the store when needed.

Requirements
- Age: 21 (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
- Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
- Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
- Valid driver’s license required, but not a CDL

Pay
The salary range for this role is $14.25 to $15.00 per hour/annually. The actual pay may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
Schedule
This is a store-based position, so hours can vary depending on the store and operational needs. Shifts may include morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend work.
