About the role

As a Delivery Driver at Aaron’s, you’ll be actively involved in a dynamic, hands-on role that goes beyond a typical desk job. Your responsibilities will include driving, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and engaging with customers. Since this position is store-based, you’ll also support the store by assisting with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise. Every day offers variety, allowing you to connect with people in your community.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise
• Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise
• Safely operate delivery vehicle
• Assist in store when needed

Requirements

• Solid communication skills
• Working knowledge of electronics
• Desire to help customers
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Able to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and tools provided)
• Able to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain or summer sun
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
• No overnight travel

Pay

The salary range for this role is $16.50 to $17.25 per hour.
